Rebranding the logo and identity for Homestead Natural Meats to make the company appear more modern and help them expand into new markets.
Process
The first phase of this project was research. Most of the information I found from the company was on their website and social media. I then created a presentation breaking down the brand’s background, values, demographic, competitors, tone, and logo.

Following the research, I created a pitch presentation with five different logo options. I started with brainstorming keywords and connections based off of the research I made. Then I made sketches and created vector logos of them. I presented the logos to my class and they thought the strongest was the Lassoed Logo. I made three variations of the Lassoed logo for further critique and exploration, which is shown below.

After creating the final logo I explored color options and created a presentation for three different color palettes. I also made a slide show with the logo mocked-up on different collateral that the company would likely have or sell.
