Tavistock is a real estate development, hospitality, and dining company based in Florida. Working with the freelance collective Oh Hi Hello, we followed their brief for a digital ad compaign that highlighted homes in their new living communities. The ads adhered to their brand guidelines and utilized photos from a recent shoot. I created five ads in four different sizes (300×250, 300×600, 1080×1350, and 1080×1920).

For the Sunbridge ads the Creative Director and I worked collaboratively in Figma to create three initial concepts to pitch to the client. Tavistock selected “Picture Yourself Here”; a scrapbook-inspired, cut-out look. Over the course of three rounds of reviews I refined the design for the client to fulfill their vision of a home-centric, lively campaign to promote the living community.
Lake Nona had a pre-existing creative direction, but OHH’s Creative Director and I improved upon it, selected and edited photos, and created the sets of digital ads and varying sizes.
For both campaigns, the OHH’s motion designer, Mike Diomedes, really brought the finished designs to life.
